Speedtest.net is a broadband connection analysis tool with a huge selection of geographically dispersed testing servers. If you are experiencing slowness with your Internet connection or are simply interested in testing your speed, Speedtest.net is for you.

Speedtest.net measures the performance of your broadband connection. At the end of each test, you are presented with the download (the speed of data from the server to your computer) and upload (the speed of sending data from your computer to the server) bandwidth speeds. The tests are performed completely within your web browser over HTTP (just like normal web browsing).

What is Jango?

Jango is all about making online music easy, fun, and social – a free social music service that lets you create your own custom radio stations and share them with friends and others who like what you like.

Pentru inregistrare e nevoie doar de o adresa de e-mail si o parola. Odata intrati pe site, aflam cum arata un site de radio personalizat in secolul 21. Nu cred ca este o exagerare atata timp cat fiecare user isi poate introduce artistii favoriti, poate selecta piesele favorite, in functie de artistii alesi cei de la “jango” completeaza playlist-ul cu piese din acelasi gen de muzica, piesele sunt random evitand plictiseala de a asculta aceleasi piese in aceasi ordine, si cu cat alegeti mai multi artisti cu atat mai putin vor aparea cei “suplimentati” de la “jango”.

Pe scurt un loc unde, odata selectata, muzica preferata va fi disponibila pe orice calculator cu acces la internet.

Avantaje:

• nu mai trebuie sa cautati si sa stocati o gramada de mp3-uri;
  
• nu mai aveti probleme cu “copyright”;
• va puteti asculta muzica favorita de pe orice calculator nu doar de pe al vostru;
• foarte usor de administrat lista de artisti favoriti;
• posibilitatea ca prin ratigul pe care il puneti sa setati o piesa ca fiind favorita sau nedorita;
• poate fi creat propriul Jukebox (exemplu: pe coloana din dreapta jos am pus “Cyb3rk Radio Station” propriul Jukebox creat la “jango” pe care trebuie sa apasati doar pe “Popout jukebox” si poate orine asculta muzica selectata de mine)
